Am inceput sa scad timpul in care fac 70 de bazine. Asta pentru ca am incercat sa-mi misc mainile diferit dupa exemplul de mai jos.
Cand te misti corect si durerea e diferita. Daca dupa 70 de bazine ma dureau umerii acum ma dor muschii spatelui - o durere de muschi lucrat.
Incerc sa cobor sub 30 de minute - 70 de bazine.

Incerc sa mananc cat mai multe legume.
Si suc de fructe in fiecare zi.

Pauza
Dupa o pauza de cateva zile - la primele 10 lap-uri au inceput sa ma doara foarte tare ambii umeri.
Ma duruse cel stang ( de data asta ) zilele trecute.
No break today desi ma dor si umerii si spatele..
Muschii only.
